Shipping policy

All orders ship with a $7 flat rate via standard 3-4 day delivery (within the U.S.) Once your order is packaged and dropped off, you'll receive a tracking number by email. 

During warmer months, I only ship orders Monday through Wednesday to prevent your wax melts from sitting in hot trucks or warehouses over the weekend.

Please note: I am not responsible for carrier delays once your orders in transit - shipping timelines are out of my hands after drop-off. That said, if something seems off with your delivery, don't stress! Just reach out to legendarymeltsllc@gmail.com and I'll help you sort it out. 

Damages: Legendary Melts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
